Job description
We are excited to partner with an AmLaw top 20 firm, on its search for Senior Manager, Client Development, Healthcare. This firm has a leading Healthcare Practice, and this is a great opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers.
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Client Development leader, who will collaborate with partners, Practice Group Leaders, and others across the global Business Operations team to further develop existing client relationships, identify and build new client relationships, drive profitable growth, and enhance brand positioning for Healthcare. The individual will report directly to the Managing Director of Client Development and work with other Client Development leaders to shape and drive firmwide client development strategy.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with Healthcare Practice leaders and key stakeholders to implement client development initiatives that enhance existing client relationships, attract new clients, and drive sustainable business growth, including the development of client relationship plans, leading target client initiatives, and facilitating client feedback initiatives
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing and client development materials, including practice area content, pitches and proposals, and directory and awards submissions
- Identify and prioritize key sponsorships and events aligned to practice area strategies and budgets; manage budgets and track ROI; guide on event planning strategy and follow up; develop relationships with key industry organizations
- Collaborate with the PR and Communications teams to implement strategies that increase positive media exposure for the Healthcare Practice.
- Support the integration of lateral hires, ensuring that new partners can maintain existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote their healthcare expertise within the firm.

The target salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $210,000.00, depending on location and relevant experience. This position can be located in the firm's Boston, NY or DC offices. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid working model with 3 days/week in the office.
