Business Development Manager

Job description

Ambition are excited to be working with an Am Law top 50 firm to recruit a business development professional to focus on their finance and restructuring practice. This role will be working closely with a senior manager and director for the group so we believe this would be an ideal setting for someone taking their first step into a management role or someone who's relatively junior in their management career.

Core responsibilities included within the role;

  • Working with the senior management team on implementing the firms marketing and business development plans for the restricting and finance group.
  • Providing research and market analysis for the group to identify potential cross selling opportunities for the firm, working in tandem with business development professionals in other practice groups.
  • Take on and lead RFP and bid responses for the team, working with then internal teams to put together compelling content and documents.
  • Be involved in defining the firms event program for the finance and restructuring team across the US.
  • Alongside other team members produce written content and marketing collateral for the team, this will also include digital and social media channels.

The firm also operates a hybrid working policy of 3 days in office with 2 days flexible.
