My background

I have over 20 years of experience in Am Law 100 firms. After graduating Boston College, I began my career as a recruiter in Boston, where I established a base of Big Law clients, and then was hired by one of my clients, McDermott, Will & Emery; after stints in HR and professional development, I then moved to Philadelphia, where I began working for AIG in their litigation management unit.

Recruited internally while at AIG, I moved into a business development role, where I found my passion. Since moving to NYC in 2008 and returning to Big Law, I held progressive roles in M&BD at WilmerHale, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Hogan Lovells, leading global teams and creating BD and client retention strategies.

I am thrilled to join Ambition, having always been impressed with the way the team services both individual clients looking for a new role and law firm clients in need of best-in-class marketing, business development and communications professionals. Ambition’s way of doing things makes it a standout in the industry. The firm is growing its US presence, ready to provide outstanding support to our individual and firm clients in New York and Washington, DC.

Outside of work

I was born in Charlotte, NC and raised in CT, where I now live on the shoreline with my partner, our daughter, and two dogs. My favorite things – beyond my family and friends – are cooking, walking the beach, reading, and anything NFL-related.
