About us

Ambition specializes in executive search for Marketing, Business Development & Communications professionals in the legal sector. We represent a wide variety of firms - from the AmLaw top 200 to boutiques - and take pride in on our ability to deliver the very best talent solutions to our clients. 

With decades of experience internationally, Ambition opened our New York office last year, and are now looking for driven, motivated consultants to help build the business and expand our footprint across the country.

You will be part of a dynamic team, working with a robust existing client base and given the autonomy to deepen and nurture client relationships and proactively top tier talent for our clients.

About the Recruitment Consultant role:

Due to our continued success and growth, Ambition US is looking for proactive and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding New York team. If you're looking for a rewarding career with clear opportunities for professional and financial success, we’d love to hear from you.

No prior experience in Legal Marketing is required. With over 20 years of industry expertise, our team will provide you with comprehensive training, hands-on support, and deep market insights to ensure you thrive in this role.
